COOKING TIPS: Crispy bases

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Remove pizza from the package, top pizza with your favourite ingredients.
  3. DO NOT USE A PIZZA TRAY OR STONE!!! 
  4. For a CRISPY BASE slide pizza directly onto TOP oven rack, cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. When finished cooking, slide the pizza back onto cutting board cut and serve.

NOTE:

If using a frozen base, remove from freezer and top frozen. Our bases are par cooked and will defrost quickly. This ensures that the bases do not break.

IMPORTANT: To all those who are Ceoliac. gluten sensitive or intolerant ensure that all utensils and food products used in the preparation of this product are FREE from wheat flour, e.g. Pizza cutter, pizza shovel, trays and food toppings.
